Can green tea/white tea count towards your daily intake of water or no?

I know that you’re supposed to drink something like 8 glasses of water a day, but I also heard recent research that any liquid beverage counts towards your daily intake of water, plus something like 20% of that daily amount you should get comes from the “water” in foods. So, since I’m drinking about 3-5 cups of green and/or white tea daily (I just like how it tastes and the health benefits it provides, I’m not concerned about the modest amount of caffeine in it), can I count all or any of that towards my daily water intake? I also drink water, but I just get sorta “stuffed” from trying to drink 8 glasses of water in addition to my 3-5 cups of green/white tea. Hopefully this question makes sense, lol, I feel like I’ve rambled. Any info would be great because I feel like anything I find online is contradictory so I’m not sure what to do. Thanks.

Eh it has some calories but drink both at least twice a day. Green tea helps burn fat and white tea is good for the bones.. Its better than soda
No it doesn’t count as your daily intake of water green tea is supposed to boost your energy it’s best to start drinking it in the morning and your supposed to drink 10-12 glasses of water each day, I hope this helps
