I’ve recently been drinking green tea, mostly because of all of the health advantages it’s supposed to have. I have been drinking it sugarless but i want to know if it will help me the same if i add a little bit of sugar? I know obviously without sugar’s better but just curious.

I use sweet n low or 1 of the other sugar substitutes with mine all the time. A lirttle sugar won’t hurt the great results from green tea…Enjoy

DONT USE SUGAR. POISON POISON POISON.

find some fruit juice and add that. it will be really yummy and much better for you. using sugar you undo MUCH of the value of the tea.

ps: did i say that sugar is poison?

addendum: do NOT use sugar alternatives. they are ALL CARCINOGENS. and POISON. please, a nurse saying use sugar or sweenlow… WTF!!! typical AMA bullsh**

If you want the best thing to sweeten you drink, us aguave necatar or xylitol.

Really good for you and don’t have the harmful effects of sugar or artificial sweeteners.
