Green Tea keeps you from getting bloated and it has tons of antioxidants.
I make about a pot of tea everyday and drink all of it.

i don’t drink it regularly, but i know to experience the skin benefits you would have to drink a somewhat significant amount. it’s great to drink because it’s so inexpensive though. even if you don’t get the benefits- it’s pretty refreshing.
you dont want to have too much tea because like all things it might cause cancer…but green tea is the safest tea out of all…acording to studies
Yes I do drink it. I only drink it hot. I try to drink it 4 to 5 times a week. Health benefits are that its rich in antioxidants which means it helps boost your immune system. It’s also good for skin. Thats all I know
No. I don’t, but I have read on Yahoo Answers of people who have lost 20 pounds by drinking green tea. Then again, they might just be people
who might be advertising for the green tea industry.
Yea its kinda gud … i just dont like the diet green teas … those are gross!

i did drink it but i didnt notice anything from it. but someone close benifited from it by having more frequent bowel movements and burning fat from their body they drank three small cups after every meal

I started drinking it about a month ago a 20 oz. bottle a day, and I have noticed a nice increase in my energy level throughout the day. And, I used to be a big Mt. Dew fan, now all I drink is citrus green tea.
About 5 years ago I quit drinking coffee and switched to green tea, about 2 or 3 cups a morning. I can’t say that I have noticed any specific health benefits. I’m not hypered up by all the caffeine though.

I understood that green tea is to help your metabolism so since I can’t drink tea because it keeps me awake all night (and until it completely leaves my system I’m dragging) I’ve chosen to take chromium picolonate (one pill daily) instead and it does the same thing.
When they talk about metabolism they’re talking about changing around the sugars in your body, so the pills I take keeps my weight down. These pills also keep the kidneys flushing..

Yes I drink it . I lived in Japan for a year. Everywhere you ate there you immediately had cup of green tea. And it was always tasty. the people there have a very long life attributed in part to green tea due to the amount of antitoxovidents in green tea. I do not drink as much as I should. My wife is Italian from Pisa . She prefers coffee. It has some good stuff in Plus I add a teaspoon of unsweetened Hersey’s Chocolate sometimes.
