Give me your honest opinion about Acai diet supplement and Mega T green tea?

im 5’4 and i weight 125lbs and even though i work out daily really hard i still dont see results when it comes to my abs so i was thinking about buying Acai supplement to lose some weight but im scared it might not work and it might have reverse side effects

    Put it this way: Green tea and acai berry are good for you and have very few side effects, but (a) a lot of the green tea and acai supplements out there are garbage, and (b) neither one of them is the be-all-end-all for losing weight, especially if you’re just trying to lose that last stubborn 5 pounds.

    If you want to try acai berry and green tea, you’re better off getting acai berry juice from a health food store like Trader Joe’s or Whole Foods and brewing your own green tea. Again, Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods are the best sources for green tea with no additives. In fact, I think Trader Joe’s sells their own home-brewed green tea with nothing added.
