I’ve been drinking hot green tea (the real leaves, not in bag or anything) for quite a few months now to help boost my metabolism and lose weight. But yesterday I read that drinking cold beverages can help you lose calories when the body is trying to heat up the liquids. Is it true?

I’ve been thinking about putting in the fridge my green tea then drink it afterwards but then I’ve been told that tea should be drank right away and not put aside or else the benefits will vanish. What should I believe?
Thanks for the time

either way.
It is true that your body burns calories warming up cold things that you eat or drink but the difference is minimal. I would suggest drinking your tea however you like it best. You will not lose the anti-oxidants by drinking it cold.
Since I started to work out I was looking for a good weight loss product. I was on a diet but I felt that I needed a little “help” so I decided to try this great product and I had fantastic results. You can check their website at , they give you a free trial and you only pay 5.49$ shipping and handling.
Chinese teas should be drank hot and within the day of brewing. The exception is organic Puer which can be kept in the fridge for 3 days.
I went to Beijing recently and have gotten some knowledge about tea. I was advised not to drink too much green tea as it is too heaty for females.
I have listed the benefits of different teas Chinese Tea and its Benefits in my blog.
