Green Tea Question – What kind at the grocery store is healthy?

Hello,

I’ve recently lost about 20lbs in the last 6 weeks or so just by improving my diet, and eliminating a lot of the junk. When it comes to beverages, I pretty much just drink water at this point, which is getting pretty old. I’ll grab a morning coffee and OJ a few times a week too, but other than that, just plain water usually.

I’m looking for a green tea that I can purchase from a regular grocery store that doesn’t ruin its health benefits with things like artificial sweeteners or whatever. It seems that green tea can be a nice healthy thing to drink for many reasons, and won’t add a lot of empty calories and other unwanted things.

Again, just normal stuff from the grocery store since I travel a lot for work, and can’t be hunting down exotic stuff in every town I go to. I’m sure there’s some stuff at the stores that have added a lot of junk and additives to them, and would not be worth it.

So if anyone can give me some brands / flavors of stuff that’s still on the healthy side at my local Super Target or similar, that would be great.

Thanks in advance.

Try a few brands until you find one you like. Then buy at the store or online enough so you can take it with you when you travel. Here are some brands i like

    Genmaicha
    Bigelow
    Tavalon Oolong

    Enjoy :)
