It will help, but it won’t cause weight loss.

Unfortunately their is not a magic pill. Green tea has had some great results with aiding in fat loss. Give it 90 days. Go to LifeExtensions.org for more information on supplementation and read about green tea. Make sure your source is good.

Green tea basically works as a thermogenic, meaning it raises your body’s temperature to burn off calories, Caffeine also works well for this.

Depends on what kind of results you mean. If you eat healthy, exercise and use a quality green tea supplement you should see results even in a week or so. If you weigh yourself and measure you should see the numbers getting smaller. Remember though that you want to be consistent. If you do this for a month you should see anywhere from 8-12 lbs of weight loss in a month. We use green tea products for healthy weight loss to speed up our metabolism and increase our energy. If the green tea supplements you purchased are quality you should actually feel as if you are getting hot because this is the thermogenic action taking place. It’s almost like you are having a mini workout. We get our green tea weight loss products from and they currently have a special going that if you buy 3 of their fat burners you get a fat blocker free. We have used these products and they are incredible.
