    It does help get rid of toxins in your body but the sugar in tea probably would make you gain more weight.

    when you drink green tea or anything else, it just fills up your stomach so you feel full, it’s not necessary to drink green tea for weight loss. if yuo want weight lose, don’t rely on products such as pills-in this case green tea- you should go out and exercise.

    it helps but you have to work out aswell you loss weight, you cant just drink it, before work out drink green tea with honey and durning working out drink water and after drink green tea with honey it will work so good liek it did on me, it worked my calves
