    Green tea doenst make you lose weight. Its high in antioxidents, which strengthens your immune system, whichs keeps you healthy, so you can go to the gym to work out to lose weight.

    But if you want to start drinking Green Tea… Insert bag into hot (not boiling water) steep for a minute or two. Drink.

    You have to follow a diet plan and in that plan you can add your green tea. All diets are is eating less and moving more and getting enough water. Tea alone is not going to do much for you. Need a sensible meal plan.

    well you can have it hot with sugar or you can have iced tea also with sugar!

    just be sure that when you drink it, you don’t add any extras, like sugar, milk, or honey. it’s only 0 calories until you start adding things. it takes some getting used to, but it’s one of my favorite drinks now.
