Dear Prudence asked: So I just bought some Arizona green tea, and I was just wondering if it is good for you.
I think it is loaded with sugar since the label says “GINSENG and HONEY” so I know that is not good for you. But is there any health benefits to it?
And I am pretty sure the natural green tea is better for you, like the one you make with the tea bags and boiling water, but I really don’t like hot green tea.
