I’ve recently lost about 20lbs in the last 6 weeks or so just by improving my diet, and eliminating a lot of the junk. When it comes to beverages, I pretty much just drink water at this point, which is getting pretty old. Sunshine asked: I drink a lot of herbal, green, red, white teas. My 11 and 12 year old boys are always wanting to drink them also. They only drink juice, milk, or water in the house and I was thinking that a cup of tea would benefit they’re health. I want to find out if this is safe or not. Can my 11 and 12 year old sons drink these teas?

Ross G. asked: I heard from a few people that it is *slightly* unhealthy to drink a lot of tea without putting milk into it. Not too harmful, just a small long term thing if you drink a lot of tea every day.
Now if this is true, I’m wondering is it the same for green tea? Because that is all I drink, and I have 1-3 green teas per day.
