let.me_be_free asked: I don’t like drinking things that are warm. But I want to try consuming Green tea, as it has numerous health benefits. If I poured luke-warm or cold water over the tea bag, would the green tea still be as effective if I poured boiling water over it?

TokyoGirl asked: I’ve been reading about how green tea and/or rose petals make for great things to soak in baths. I see bath products like this all the time.
My question is this: what is the difference between purchasing a bath product & just dunking a few teabags into some hot bath water? I figure that there would be a few differences since bath products would have more moisturizers in them, but would there be any benefits to taking a “tea bag bath”? Would it be harmful?

Greg asked: can i just take it out of the tea bag and add to my shake and blend it well and get the same benefits?My main goal is fat loss.
