let.me_be_free asked: I don’t like drinking things that are warm. But I want to try consuming Green tea, as it has numerous health benefits. If I poured luke-warm or cold water over the tea bag, would the green tea still be as effective if I poured boiling water over it?

Coreydan asked: 1 Glass of water 1st thing in the morning.
3 square meals a day (a shake+fruit for breakfast).
Substitute beverage for snack whenever I’m peckish (juice or green tea)
Plenty of water throughout the day.
No drinks after 6 PM.

Thatoneguy asked: I have heard that drinking tea (green,ginseng, etc) can provide more benefits than just water alone with it usually having antioxidants and other things. I know that it is better than drinking soda and if it is true why do so few people drink tea compared to soda?

I am wondering if I am still getting the benefits from drinking water from the water content in the tea.
